KWM-Ocelot Conducts Field Verification in Pocheon, Accelerating Solution Enhancement
In the first week of December, the field verification of KWM-Ocelot was successfully conducted at the Pocheon Drone Test Site under the leadership of Seung-Hoon Shin, Director of Research at FUNZIN.
The verification was carried out in the presence of the head of the Pocheon Defense Drone & UAM Support Center and other key officials. A significant achievement of this operation was the acquisition of SA frequency data, which is essential for solution enhancement, utilizing swarm operation drones.
Building on the data secured from this verification, we remain committed to elevating our technical completeness and delivering even more sophisticated solutions. |

FUNZIN Educates Key Leaders of South Korea's Defense AI
FUNZIN was invited to deliver a special lecture at the "7th Defense AI Policy & System Course" held at Sungkyunkwan University.
This course is a top-tier professional education program in the defense sector, attended by key practitioners and commanders (field-grade officers and core personnel) from the military's highest organizations, including the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), Army, Navy, and Air Force Headquarters, and the Ministry of National Defense (MND).
Seung-Hoon Shin, VP/Director of Research, and Ji-hoon Jeon, VP/Head of the AIoT Business Division, took the stage as speakers for this significant event.
Before key stakeholders designing military strategy, the two leaders presented the latest trends and technical solutions in Defense AI, demonstrating the depth and practical value of FUNZIN's technology. Discussions were held on institutional improvements to boost the global competitiveness of domestic defense SMEs. Assemblywoman Sun-young Kang hosted the seminar titled "Strengthening Global Competitiveness of AI-Centric K-Defense SMEs" at the National Assembly Member's Office Building in Yeouido, Seoul.
During the seminar, Deuk-Hwa Kim, CEO of FUNZIN, and Yeon-Seung Ryu, Professor at Myongji University, delivered keynote presentations, highlighting the pivotal role of AI in the future of the defense industry.
